Initial consultations are designed for me to get to know a bit about you, your business, where you’d like to head and ultimately give you options to proceed with Business Mentoring that will suit your business situation. What is involved in an initial consultation?

• Identifying Strengths and Weaknesses of your Business
• The help that can be offered. For Example, Marketing, Mentoring, Staff Training, Funding, Different Routes to Target/Fix Problems.

Business Mentoring for Existing Business Owners

Are you seeking to grow into new markets to improve your financial position? I will help you maximise performance through strong decision making.

Together we will:

• Create a strategic review of your business
• Understand the critical issues
• Analyse financial and operational performance
• Identify key drivers to ensure improvement
• Provide Marketing expertise

I will completely customise your mentoring package, there is no minimum or maximum time to get mentoring for. I will speak to you about different time frames depending on your needs and goals. Business Mentoring for Start-up Companies

Your underway with your new business venture. Congratulations – dedication and perseverance lead to absolute success! If you’re noticing your business isn’t taking off quite the way you would have liked it to, I can help. I have made this mentoring package, especially for start-up companies.

Together we will:

•  Put together a SWOT analysis – Assess Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats.
• Analyse growth to date and probable growth to aim for
• Coach you in the necessary business skills to move forward with your income goals

• Fully detailed Business Plan – Including Target market, Positioning Statement, Goals, SWOT Analysis, Pricing Strategies, Budgeting and Planning 
• Marketing Plan – The world is your oyster, have a unique marketing plan to propose along with your Business Plan
